Online Math & Science Tutor - Part-Time | Remote | Flexible Scheduling
Multimodal Learning is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Math and Science Tutor to join our team! We work primarily with junior high and high school students, many of whom thrive with structured support. While not all of our students are dyslexic, many are — so we’re looking for someone who can build rapport and adapt instruction to meet a range of learning needs. Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of junior high and high school math
- Comfort with high school sciences, including chemistry, biology, and physics
- Experience using online teaching platforms — we use Zoom
- A quiet, professional workspace, reliable Wi-Fi, and a high-functioning computer
- A current police check with vulnerable sector screening
- Ability to make content engaging and relevant to everyday life
- Excellent communication skills and a student-centered approach
