Position Overview
This is a hybrid role based out of our 600 NW 79th Avenue, Miami, FL 33126 service center. You will work on-site in our collaborative center environment three to four days each week and have the flexibility to work remotely from home one to two days per week. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to and report to the Miami location as required.
How You Will Make an Impact
As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service excellence, you will be the first point of contact for both prospective and existing customers. - Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, and wireless plans, devices, and accessories
- Address existing customer needs spanning billing inquiries, payment processing, plan changes, service upgrades, and technical troubleshooting
- Deliver effective and timely resolutions while providing personalized recommendations tailored to each customer's unique lifestyle and needs
- Apply a consultative selling approach to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Identify and act on upsell opportunities — Proactively recommend the right-fit technology, services, and promotional offers for each customer's situation.
- Operate in a fast-paced inbound contact center — Manage a high volume of customer interactions across phone calls, live chats, emails, and other digital channels.
- Master multiple tools and systems — Navigate proprietary software to resolve service, billing, and payment inquiries while maintaining accurate customer records.
- Simplify the complex — Become an expert at breaking down customer bills, explaining rate plans, and clearly articulating the features and benefits of arenaflex products and services.
- Perform basic troubleshooting — Diagnose and resolve common issues, escalating to Tier 3 technical support when situations span multiple networks such as internet, voice, and data services.
- Maintain schedule adherence — Work a set 40-hour weekly schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open availability to ensure customers can always reach a knowledgeable representative.
- Embrace cross-training — Develop a versatile skill set across collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support based on business needs.

Work From Home Requirements
On days when you work remotely, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Verified internet service — secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business operations
- An established dedicated work area — including a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection. arenaflex provides all necessary equipment, including a keyboard, monitor, computer, and mobile device
- Workspace compliance — your home office must align with arenaflex standards for security, physical setup, noise levels, and the Clean Desk policy
- Participation in workspace audits — including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, workspace setup photos, and video chats
- Accountability and availability — adherence to established work schedules, compliance with security standards, completion of required trainings, and engagement with performance management routines and remote monitoring policies
