[Remote] Implementation Engineer

Diverse Lynx is seeking an Implementation Engineer to meet client-specific requirements and ensure compatibility with existing IT infrastructure. The role involves rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and providing documentation for new systems, as well as coordinating with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Meet client-specific requirements| ensuring compatibility with their existing IT infrastructure and systems
• Perform rigorous testing of systems to ensure stability| efficiency| and security before full-scale implementation
• Provide detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for the client| ensuring they understand the new systems and any changes made
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase| offering timely and effective solutions
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of implementation projects
• Evaluate post-implementation system performance| making adjustments as necessary and providing ongoing support and optimization services
