Role Overview

This part‑time, on‑site position is based in College Station, TX. While the role is not remote, it offers flexible scheduling after a comprehensive four‑week training program. You will work in a collaborative office environment equipped with modern amenities, and you will have the opportunity to develop a specialized skill set that is highly valued in the automotive and tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with website visitors via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries about automotive and RV products, services, financing options, and dealership policies.
  • Identify customer intent, qualify leads, and capture essential contact information for follow‑up by sales and service teams.
  • Schedule service appointments, test drives, and sales consultations, ensuring a smooth handoff to the appropriate dealership representative.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of ever‑evolving product lines, promotional offers, and industry regulations to deliver reliable information.
  • Summarize each chat interaction with concise notes that highlight customer needs, preferences, and next steps for dealer review.
  • Collaborate with the training and quality assurance teams to continuously improve chat scripts, response times, and overall customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews, sharing insights and suggestions that help refine arenaflex’s digital engagement strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 35 words per minute; a speed of 40 WPM or higher is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and a positive tone.
  • Basic proficiency with internet browsers, Windows‑based operating systems, and standard office software.
  • Proven multitasking capability—ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

  • Flexibility to attend a four‑week training program (Tuesday‑Saturday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm CST) and subsequently work in 5‑hour daily blocks.

  • Prior experience in retail customer service, automotive sales, or dealership environments.
  • Familiarity with automotive terminology, financing concepts, and service processes.
