Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell air travel: Represent arenaflex’s brand by actively promoting flight options, fare structures, and travel packages to both individual and corporate customers.
  • Itinerary creation and ticketing: Prepare detailed travel itineraries, compute accurate fares, issue refunds, and generate tickets using the Native SABRE reservation system.
  • Customer inquiry resolution: Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries, providing clear information on travel policies, flight status, and fare rules while resolving issues in a mutually beneficial manner.
  • Complaint investigation: Research passenger complaints, communicate with affected customers regarding cancellations or delays, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Policy communication: Translate new regulations, internal policies, and procedural updates into understandable language for customers, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Collaboration with government affairs: Work closely with the Government Affairs Division to align customer service practices with regulatory requirements and corporate advocacy initiatives.
  • Data-driven improvement: Capture and analyze service metrics, identify trends, and recommend process enhancements to senior leadership.
  • Team mentorship: Share best practices with junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles within the airline or travel industry, preferably with exposure to government or corporate affairs.
  • Proficiency with the Native SABRE reservation platform; ability to navigate complex booking scenarios and fare calculations.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing high‑volume customer interactions.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, resourcefulness, and creativity when addressing immediate service challenges.
  • High level of initiative, sound judgment, reliability, and a commitment to punctual attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certifications in Aviation Management, Public Relations, or Conflict Resolution.
  • Experience working directly with government agencies, regulatory bodies, or corporate lobbying teams.
  • Fluency in a second language, enhancing communication with a diverse passenger base.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support service performance reporting.
