[Remote] Sales Operations Senior Manager

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, providing data-driven insights, forecasting, planning, and operational support to drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Transform sales and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop sales forecasts and performance analyses
- Act as a trusted business partner to Area Sales Leaders and senior stakeholders
- Build and manage sales quotas, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics
- Support strategic planning, territory planning, and resource allocation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, or related functions
- Experience with forecasting, sales performance management, and KPI reporting
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
- 7 - 10 Years of Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
