Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking part-time Writers and Authors to enhance AI-generated content. The role involves evaluating and editing content, developing training materials, and collaborating with data scientists to improve AI model performance.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and edit AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines
- Develop and implement training materials and datasets aimed at enhancing narrative structure and linguistic quality for AI models
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide actionable feedback for iterative AI training processes
- Identify and analyze patterns in AI outputs to improve model performance and reduce errors
- Conduct research on current writing trends and best practices to inform AI training strategies
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- Have proven experience as a writer, author, editor, or in a related role, supported by a strong portfolio of published work
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and nuance
- Be familiar with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools
- Demonstrate the ability to critique, revise, and enhance both long-form and short-form content
- Have excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities, particularly in a remote work environment
