  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, initiate outbound outreach, and respond to web‑based inquiries with a friendly, solution‑focused attitude.

  • Documentation & Tracking: Accurately log all interactions in the call‑tracking database, ensuring that every detail is captured for future reference.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call‑center, retail, or related environment.
  • Strong PC literacy, including proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and web navigation.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Residency within a 25‑30 mile radius of the Arnold, MO location.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear, articulate speaking voice.
