About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end experience of the arenaflex InHome offering. This is a fully remote, work‑from‑home position that reports to the Product Leadership team. You will partner closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Marketing to shape product strategy, drive execution, and ensure that every touchpoint—from the moment a shopper places an InHome request to the moment they receive their fresh groceries—exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear, data‑driven product vision for the arenaflex InHome customer journey, aligning it with broader corporate goals.
  • Roadmap Execution: Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritize features, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver on schedule.
  • Customer Insight & Research: Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, translate findings into actionable product requirements, and champion the voice of the customer.
  • Metrics & KPIs: Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timeliness, Net Promoter Score (NPS), order accuracy, and churn, using insights to iterate quickly.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless hand‑offs and a unified experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Launch & Quality Assurance: Oversee rigorous testing, quality assurance, and phased roll‑outs of new features, guaranteeing high reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech: Stay ahead of industry trends—last‑mile logistics, AI‑driven demand forecasting, and contact‑less delivery—and embed relevant innovations into the product.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present product updates, business cases, and performance results to senior leadership and external partners, securing buy‑in and resources.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer‑facing, e‑commerce, or logistics‑focused products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated success in taking a product from concept through launch and iteration, with measurable impact on customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to craft compelling narratives that influence both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, lean environment, managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a remote setting, leveraging collaboration tools and clear processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on product strategy or technology management.
  • 7+ years of experience leading large‑scale B2C or B2B products, especially in the last‑mile delivery space.
  • Background in startup or incubator environments, with a track record of building products from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusive design principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies, continuous delivery pipelines, and modern product analytics platforms.
