HR Coordinator

The King's Trust is dedicated to empowering young people and is seeking an HR Coordinator to enhance the employee experience. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle processes, providing HR support, and ensuring data accuracy while upholding GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support, including contracts, changes and leaver processes
  • Provide guidance on HR related queries such as; family leave, annual leave and sickness entitlements
  • Maintain accurate HR data and systems (SAP SuccessFactors) with a strong focus on GDPR compliance
  • Manage pre-employment checks and partner with payroll to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide responsive, high-quality support via the HR Help Desk and Volunteer Help Desk
  • Conduct employee and volunteer vetting checks in line with safeguarding requirements

Skills

  • Proven experience across the HR lifecycle within a shared services or similar environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Confidence managing competing priorities
  • Solid understanding of data protection, HR policies and systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Clear communication skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
