Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that campaign settings, budgets, and targeting parameters are accurately recorded in arenaflex’s advertising platforms.
  • Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable phone and chat support to advertisers, agencies, and other business partners, addressing inquiries related to campaign setup, performance metrics, and platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Sales, and Engineering—to troubleshoot technical issues, streamline workflows, and improve the overall partner experience.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new partners by guiding them through platform features such as arenaflex Ads, arenaflex Marketing Platform, DV360‑style programmatic tools, and other advertising solutions.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures to reflect the latest platform enhancements and best practices.
  • Analyze partner feedback and usage data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and contribute to the continuous optimization of arenaflex’s advertising products.
  • Support the execution of pilot programs and beta tests for new advertising features, providing valuable insights and feedback to product teams.
  • Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) by meeting or exceeding targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar role that involved direct interaction with business partners or clients.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g., arenaflex Ads, programmatic buying tools) and a solid understanding of key concepts such as ad formats, targeting, and performance metrics.
  • Data Proficiency: Ability to work with structured data, including basic SQL knowledge for querying campaign data and generating reports.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or ad‑tech stacks.
