Product Liability Associate Attorney

They are seeking a Product Liability Associate Attorney for their White Plains office, who will manage a litigation caseload and collaborate with other attorneys on complex matters.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a litigation caseload, including matters pending in jurisdictions nationwide, under the supervision and guidance of senior attorney
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex litigation and regulatory matters
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status reports and strategic guidance
Skills
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York
- 1+ year of litigation experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated legal project management and case coordination experience
- Product Liability experience preferred
- Experience or strong interest in regulatory compliance matters
