- Must be actively licensed and in good standing in both countries
- Bar License in the province of British Columbia
- Education requirement must have a Juris Doctorate Degree
- Complete all necessary forms and clear conflicts depending on the client
- Possess a running laptop/computer containing anti-virus software and either Windows 10 or Mac OS
- Access to high-speed internet
- Have either an iPhone running IOS 11.0 and greater or an Android running 7.0 and greater
