Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
