Civil Drafter (AU Construction Industry, WFH)

Salary: P60,000-P80,000 (Salary Package)

Schedule: Monday -Friday (6:30 AM - 3:30PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Architecture is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in civil design, drafting, or a related field
• Experience in detailed design within engineering, drafting, or infrastructure projects
• Solid understanding of technical specifications, civil infrastructure, and stormwater/pavement design
• Knowledge in drafting sports fields or Fields of Play facilities is highly preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, project management software, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with design documentation, construction phases, and tender processes

Nice to Have:

• License in Engineering or Architecture
• Knowledgeable in Australian Construction Standards

What will you do?

• Prepare detailed and conceptual Field of Play (FOP) designs using AutoCAD
• Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams to develop complete design documentation
• Attend meetings and coordinate design requirements
• Ensure compliance with sport governing bodies, client briefs, and environmental standards
• Contribute to pre-tender cost estimates and value engineering
• Support feasibility studies and master planning with technical input
• Assist in preparing and reviewing tender and construction documentation
• Maintain clear, client-friendly communication and progress updates
• Help translate complex designs into simple, visual concepts
• Promote safety awareness, identify hazards, and support resolution of design-related issues
