The Role

As a Techops Engineer in the China CRM team, you will be responsible for the OPS of the Commercial Product and work together with the R&D teams to ensure the basic operating environment of the system, improve

stability, security, and ease of use of the container cloud platform.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for installation, deployment, configuration, monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of the basic environment of system operation
  • Responsible for the daily launch, operation, and maintenance of products and services to ensure the success rate and health of service release
  • Improve system architecture, topology, daily operation, maintenance, and other related documents
  • Participate in the secondary development and maintenance of log analysis, monitoring, alarm, and other operation and maintenance platforms
  • Participate in the promotion and application of cloud native technologies (K8s, docker, container isolation, scheduling, choreography, optimization of image technology)
  • Improve the stability, security, and ease of use of containerized product deployment
  • Communicated and cooperated with R&D engineers, influenced and promoted the operation and maintenance awareness of the R&D team, and improved R&D efficiency
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or related; At least 2 years of working experience
  • Familiar with the Linux operating system, basic knowledge of computing and storage, Networking(Routing, Switch, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, CDN, etc.)
  • Familiar with various AWS cloud platform products (ELB, EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.), with AWS operation and maintenance experience
  • Familiar with K8s ecosystem and peripheral service systems (including but not limited to persistent storage, log, container network, mirroring center, CI/CD, Runtime, container scheduling, application monitoring)
  • Be familiar with at least one SQL/NoSQL database
  • Have a certain scripting language development ability
  • Familiar with CI/CD, Gitlab, Jenkins
  • Fast learning ability, enthusiasm for learning new technology, love operation and maintenance work, serious and responsible, have teamwork experience
  • Proficient in English reading and writing, fluent in Chinese and English communication
  • Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SaaS is a plus.
