What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and schedule concrete deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution
  • Monitor delivery progress in real time and proactively adjust schedules to maintain service quality
  • Use dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics efficiently
  • Document delivery details, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism

  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues under pressure
  • Familiarity with dispatching systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

  • Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering outstanding service

Work Environment This role is based in a dispatch office setting with frequent communication via phone, radio, and computer systems. It requires attention to detail, adaptability to changing schedules, and collaboration with both internal teams and external customers.
