Now we are looking for a Social Media Account Executive.

Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and implementing social media content strategies that engage audiences, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Create, plan, and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, among others).

Monitor social trends and propose innovative ideas for digital campaigns.

Write creative copy in both English and Spanish, aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.

Collaborate with design, paid media, and strategy teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Track performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Stay up to date with best practices in social media and digital culture.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts and creating content calendars.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Knowledge of social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.).

Strong creativity, copywriting skills, and attention to detail.

Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset.
