Key Responsibilities - Enter customer data, order details, and account information into internal systems with accuracy. - Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with general inquiries. - Update contact records, billing information, and support tickets. - Verify accuracy of information in spreadsheets and online portals. - Escalate client issues or requests to the appropriate internal teams. - Maintain confidentiality of customer information. - Perform light clerical duties as assigned. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred. - Comfortable handling phone calls and working in a remote setting. - Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. - Ability to stay focused and productive in a structured remote workflow. - Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment.
