Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (Weekend Remote)
Join our team at Workwarp as a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to injured workers, managing their prescription needs with efficiency and accuracy. As a full-time remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home on weekends, with a schedule that includes alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour shift.
About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Manage claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service
- Assist pharmacies with medication adjudication and coordinate with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless benefit assignment
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and claimant information in multiple systems
- Adapt to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions and provide clear responses
- Strong written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette

- Experience in workers' compensation law
- Editing skills
