Remote Customer Service Analyst Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Analyst to join our team at MassMutual Ascend, a leading provider of annuities. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex inquiries, and providing top-notch support to our clients and agents.

About the Role

  • Competitive salary range: $33,000 - $55,000 based on experience
  • Immediate start date available
  • Remote work arrangement (US-based)
  • Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service through phone, chat, and email support
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues
  • Communicate complex information and solutions to customers in a clear and helpful manner
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers using patience, assistance, and support methods
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
  • Build product knowledge and discuss annuity products and features with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of related customer service experience
  • Exceptional verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
