Remote Telephonic Triage RN - Weekend Availability

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Telephonic Triage Nurse to join our team at Galileo, a pioneering medical practice dedicated to transforming healthcare. As a Telephonic Triage RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to address clinical concerns.

Responsibilities

• Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications
• Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care
• Collaborate with clinical care teams to provide excellent patient care and develop processes for urgent care and virtual triage

Requirements

• Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage
• Compact state licensure
• Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states, complex medical conditions, and clinical phone assessments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in high-acuity clinical environments (e.g., ED, ICU) and with multidisciplinary care teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
• Experience in geriatrics (a plus)
