We're seeking an exceptional Account Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts and drive the adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise, a cutting-edge AI solution launched in August 2023. As a key member of our Go-To-Market team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers unlock the full potential of our AI products and drive business growth.

About the Role

In this strategic role, you will:

  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, representing OpenAI as a thought leader in AI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies
  • Support the development of company culture and contribute to the growth of our high-performing team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company
  • A track record of achieving revenue targets exceeding $1M per year for at least 6 years
  • Expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies and leading high-visibility customer events
  • Strong market intelligence and reporting skills, with the ability to gather, distill, and process complex market data
