What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by offering effective solutions and alternatives (refunds, replacements, etc.).
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with their resolutions.
  • Utilize available resources to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
  • Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends to drive continuous improvement.
