Job Summary: We're looking for a passionate and skilled Virtual Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Virtual Customer Care Specialist, you will engage with American Express cardmembers via phone, chat, or email to provide outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
