Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, fostering continuous learning and growth
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, driving HR innovation and excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
