Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with site staff and the community

- Manage tutor schedules, attendance, and site concerns

- Collaborate with program staff and participate in weekly meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education
- New Jersey Certification of Criminal History (fingerprint form)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to undergo background check and employment authorization verification
