We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Bachelor of Science Nursing Instructor to join our team at Concorde Career Colleges. As a full-time instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals, providing active and effective learning experiences for students in various educational settings, including classrooms, labs, clinical, and online environments.

About the Role:

• Teach classes as assigned, prepare lesson plans, and course materials
• Objectively assess students' academic performance and provide regular feedback
• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and set an example for professionalism and conduct
• Utilize instructional plans, learning management systems, and educational technology
• Participate in faculty and professional development activities, including continuing education units (CEUs)

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in Colorado
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
• 1 year of documented experience in area of instruction (for Clinical Instructors) or 2 years of professional nursing clinical experience (for Theory Instructors)
• Graduate degree in nursing (doctorate degree preferred) from a Nursing Education Program with national nursing accreditation
• Previous teaching experience preferred
