Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift - $32/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on a 3rd shift. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and building systems. You will troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines, facilitate change-overs, and perform equipment overhauls and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• Troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitate change-overs
• Overhaul and install new equipment, rebuild and fabricate parts, and perform facility maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, generate parts requests, and complete work orders as assigned
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set-ups, and participate in training and coaching other associates

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required, with 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred
• Vocational certification preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass the Ramsey Test for Maintenance Mechanic
• Blow molding experience preferred, with experience in a high-speed industrial environment and programmable logic control (PLC) knowledge preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow manufacturer’s specifications and schematics
