As a Part-Time Weekend Labor, you will play a critical role in supporting our plant operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products. Your responsibilities will include providing production support, following standard operating procedures, and performing various tasks such as hand-stacking, case packing, and equipment operation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient production support, including hand-stacking, case packing, and housekeeping
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and perform tasks with attention to detail
• Set up packaging coders, validate product codes, and identify out-of-specification product conditions
• Perform routine equipment adjustments, use various hand tools, and operate a lift truck safely
• Complete production records and documents accurately and neatly
• Assist with equipment change-overs, CIP/SIP, clean-up, and equipment set-up
• Perform department environmental controls, product reclaim, and rework operations
• Support internal and external audits and follow all established occupational health and safety procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-year demonstrated work experience
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or dairy food manufacturing preferred
• Good math skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to learn SAP
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good attendance and ability to work in a team environment
