Job Details

• Remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling (Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM or 2PM-10PM EST) and potential weekend or overtime requirements
• Competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour

Job Track Description

• Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
• Receiving documents from electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
• Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying gaps in required information
• Creating a database of information by identifying documents and their purpose
• Providing exceptional customer service

General Profile

• Ability to perform analytical and operational processes
• Entry-level position with limited requirements for licenses, training, and certifications
• Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work
• Works within established procedures and practices
• Works with a close degree of supervision

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
