Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time transcription of depositions using AI technology
• Transform digital recordings into written text within a two-day turnaround
• Maintain protocols of impartiality and professionalism while working on-camera during depositions
• Occasional on-site work at law offices may be required
• Standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime for extended depositions

Requirements:

• Associate degree or post-secondary education preferred, but not required
• Applicants from Pennsylvania, New York, and South Florida (Miami/Dade County) are preferred
• No previous legal experience is required
• Proven writing and proofreading skills with a focus on accuracy
• Strong typing and technology skills
• Ability to work remotely and possibly on-site when required
