  • Address and resolve client concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all client interactions in the CRM system for thorough tracking and follow-up.
  • Work closely with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client relations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client needs.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to inform clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in client relations, customer support, or a related role is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
