Responsibilities- Engage with Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to nurture and maintain positive relationships.
- Respond to inquiries about products and services while providing personalized support.
- Address and resolve client concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions in the CRM system for thorough tracking and follow-up.
- Work closely with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client relations.

- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to inform clients effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in client relations, customer support, or a related role is highly advantageous.
