What You'll Do

As Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst with Imagine Pediatrics, you will use your analytical skills to assess clinical, operational and financial performance across all markets and help design, support, and evaluate business initiatives.

  • Under general supervision, analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of member engagement, cost, and utilization and generate actionable insights.
  • Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics and provide root-cause analyses and build recommendations for strategic changes.
  • Develop analytical plans and statistical methodologies to monitor trends at population level and systematically evaluate our clinical and financial outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help design and support clinical programs and business initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring & How You Qualify First and foremost, you're passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:

  • 7+ years of health care industry experience, including 2+ years with Managed Medicaid plan
  • 5+ years of experience programming in SQL and 2+ years of experience with Python
  • Background in statistics/data science and experience with predictive modeling techniques to forecast cost, utilization, and other health outcomes
  • Expertise in study/designs statistical methods commonly used to evaluate health outcomes
  • Familiarity with Value-based Care and supporting analytics is a plus.

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks) The role offers a base salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
