Business Analyst

We're a team of passionate experts committed to changing the healthcare industry for the better. We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management to join our Product Management team.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain product performance reports and dashboards using business intelligence (BI) tools such as Amazon QuickSight, SQL, or other reporting platforms.
• Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate trends and insights to stakeholders.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide recommendations to improve product performance to enhance customer value realization.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train end-users on BI tools and data interpretation to enhance data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Analyze large datasets related to healthcare claims processing, denials management, and other revenue cycle functions.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
