Job Description:

Summary We’re looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Client Intake Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, manage communications, handle inquiries, update client data, and schedule meetings and consultations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment. • Monthly Compensation: 1000 USD to 1150 USD

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Communications Answering emails and phone calls Dealing with client inquiries Following up with prospects and clients Drafting email templates •Data Management Assessing and pre-qualifying leads Managing and updating CRM/databases Filing and organizing documents Recording matters Inputting clients' data into systems •Agenda Management Scheduling consultations Setting up client meetings and follow-ups Key Skills • Customer-Focused Approach • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication • Strong Planning and Organizational Skills • Excellent Time Management • Attention to Detail and Accuracy • Professional Phone Etiquette • Empathetic and Personable Approach • Reliable and Trustworthy • Sociable and Friendly Demeanor Requirements • 2-3 years of professional experience as an Intake coordinator •Proficient in using CRM software •Experience handling calls •Skilled in client communication •Strong proficiency in written and spoken English •Experience with Rocket Matter or similar software •Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) •A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work Software • Rocket Matter or a similar CRM. • VoIP: Zoom Phone Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Timezone: EST (US)
