Scrum Master
Onit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in a fast-paced, innovative and remote environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both German and English, with a deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software/product teams.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) — essential for team and stakeholder interaction.
- Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I or II).
- Strong knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple time zones and with remote teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Exposure to European technology and regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and modern development practices.
- Background in software engineering or technical project management.
