The Content Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in building and managing a robust content calendar, creating engaging content with the help of AI-powered tools, and identifying high-value, cost-effective media partnership opportunities that drive results for our clients. This position is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and loves leveraging the latest technology to optimize processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a structured content calendar that aligns with business goals and client objectives
  • Develop well-crafted prompts to maximize the use of AI tools in generating high-quality, engaging content
  • Craft compelling, data-driven content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the style of leading media outlets
  • Incorporate SEO best practices into content to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Identify, research, and secure media partnership opportunities that provide high value for clients
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and publishing partners
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
  • Oversee multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, media partnerships, PR, communications, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in storytelling, writing, and editing across diverse topics and format
  • Comfort with leveraging AI tools to assist with content creation, with an understanding of prompt engineering
  • Experience with SEO principles and applying them to content strategies
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate and secure media partnership opportunities that align with company goals
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Strong research and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and Asana
  • Availability to overlap with morning US Eastern Time Zone work hours
