We are seeking a visionary Marketing Content Director to lead the development of engaging, short-form, snackable content tailored for online and e-commerce platforms. This role involves crafting impactful assets for paid media, driving all aspects of 360° campaign content, and delivering innovative copywriting that resonates with audiences and fuels brand growth.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop, oversee, and execute short-form content strategies for social media, e-commerce, and online platforms that align with brand objectives.
  • Produce compelling snackable content to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

360° Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the creative process for 360° campaigns, including ideation, content production, and execution across all channels.
  • Drive the creation of content for paid media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the overarching brand narrative and campaign objectives.
  • Copywriting Excellence
  • Write and edit persuasive, on-brand copy for e-commerce pages, social media, product descriptions, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Deliver impactful headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that captivate and convert target audiences.

E-Commerce & Online Content

  • Oversee the UI/UX design of the brand’s digital presence, focusing on enhancing the overall website journey to improve user experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Create product-focused content that enhances the customer journey and drives conversions on e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize content for SEO and drive traffic and sales.
  • Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, and site updates.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay ahead of digital content trends, leveraging new platforms and formats to maximize audience reach.
  • Infuse creativity and innovation into every piece of content to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with marketing, design, and media teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Expertise in creating short-form content optimized for social media and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and content best practices.
  • Experience in leading 360° campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights to achieve measurable results.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Salary Range: $120-160k
