Retail Associate – 2025 CrossFit Games
CrossFit is
bringing our merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic, 4-day pop-up at the Games. We’re looking for motivated, fitness-savvy retail associates to help deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Dates – July 31st – August 3rd●
Hours – 8-10 hour shifts daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.●
Compensation – Flat rate of $750 for the entire event●
Location – Near MVP Arena - 51 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12207RESPONSIBILITIES:
●
Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride●
Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals and needs●
Educate customers about product features, uses, and benefits●
Support setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking●
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays●
Track and report inventory levels during the event●
Be a positive, energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and communityWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Availability for the full 4-day event (including setup and breakdown)●
Retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)●
Comfortable standing for extended periods (8–10 hours)●
Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.●
