Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

    • Role and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement MxML workflows for trade processing, static data, and market data interfaces
  • Customize and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces using MxML Exchange
  • Develop and troubleshoot MxML formulas, templates, and transformations
  • Collaborate with trading, risk, and IT teams to align Murex configurations with business needs
  • Support ETL processes, EOD batches, and integration with upstream/downstream systems
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of Murex configurations

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Murex MxML Exchange and workflow design
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, and Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Familiarity with financial instruments and trade lifecycle management
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins) and cloud platforms such as AWS a plus
