The Role:

Middesk is looking for a results-driven GTM leader to scale our fastest-growing product, Entity Management, which supports payroll and HR platforms. This role will be critical in accelerating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through both partnership expansion and new logo acquisition, with a focus on high-value targets like ADP and UKG.

You’ll report to the Head of Entity Management and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Ops,

We follow a hybrid work model, and for this role, there is an expectation of 2 days per week in our SF or NY office. Candidates should be based within a commutable distance, as we believe in the value of in-person collaboration and building strong team connections while also supporting flexibility where possible.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Embedded Entity Management across target accounts.

  • Drive net new business while scaling usage and ARR within the existing partner base.

  • Act as the strategic owner of top accounts, maintaining and growing long-term partner value.

  • Represent partner feedback internally to shape product and commercial priorities.

  • Builder’s Mentality: Passion for creating lasting value—able to balance the urgency of rapid execution with the patience required for long-term success.

  • GTM Execution & Domain Expertise: Track record of driving ARR growth within HR tech, combined with a nuanced grasp of payroll platform dynamics.

  • Strategic and Tactical Range: Able to define strategic direction while remaining hands-on in execution—balancing vision with action in a scaling environment.

  • Partnership Development: Brings a proactive, growth-focused mindset to identifying, initiating, and expanding high-leverage partnership opportunities.

  • Cultural Alignment: Embodies ambition with humility, thrives in collaborative environments, and contributes to a high-trust, low-ego team dynamic.
