Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for a B2B digital marketing initiative. This role involves managing hybrid teams, coordinating six to eight sprints, and aligning technical execution with strategic goals. The ideal candidate excels in Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with Jira, cross-functional teams, and digital product delivery is essential. Familiarity with content-driven platforms and Agile tools is highly valued.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily syncs, and stakeholder reviews.

• Maintain and prioritize the backlog, ensuring timely delivery of milestone features.

• Track dependencies and risks while optimizing delivery velocity.

• Serve as the liaison between the dev team and client stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment.

• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools (e.g., Jira).

• Proven ability to manage hybrid onshore/nearshore teams.

• Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

• 6+ years Project Manager

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project management

• Proven track record running sprint ceremonies: planning, retrospectives, dailies, reviews

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

• Ability to manage hybrid teams (onshore + nearshore collaboration)

• Skilled in backlog grooming, prioritization, and delivery tracking

• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and delivery velocity

• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination

• Fluent or highly proficient English for direct interaction with clients and dev teams
