We need an English-fluent Ecommerce & Klaviyo Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize ecommerce site experience (Shopify), including product pages, site navigation, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization.
• Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies to grow DTC revenue and AOV.
• Manage product launches, promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns on site.
• Analyze ecommerce performance and user behavior; develop and present actionable insights.
• Develop and implement Klaviyo email flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, post-purchase, etc.).
• Manage weekly newsletters and promotional campaigns with compelling copy, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Grow and manage email subscriber list while improving open and click-through rates.
• Monitor key KPIs and optimize for deliverability, engagement, and revenue.
• Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Operations to align product and promotional strategies.
• Ensure messaging is consistent with brand tone and visually aligned with the company mission.
• Leverage customer insights and historical data to improve retention and LTV.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce and Klaviyo email marketing, preferably in the consumer goods, publishing, or children’s products space.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify required).
• Proven track record of growing online sales and increasing email-driven revenue.
• Advanced Klaviyo skills including segmentation, flows, and analytics.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Spanish fluency is required.
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Passion for multicultural storytelling and bilingual education is a plus

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
