You will skillfully simulate real-world decision-making and communication processes found in trading and financial advising, aiding the development of advanced AI systems. Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable securities, commodities, or financial products.- Simulate trading and advisory scenarios to inform AI learning and capture the nuances of financial sales processes.- Monitor market trends, analyze financial data, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.- Create clear and persuasive written and verbal communications to build client confidence and ensure successful transactions.- Support AI model training by replicating authentic sales strategies and client interactions.- Collaborate with other experts to continuously refine and improve simulation scenarios and product offerings.- Uphold high ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations in all aspects of financial advising and sales. Qualifications:- Proven experience in securities, commodities, or financial services sales, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.- Demonstrated ability to simulate decision-making and client interactions in a realistic, professional manner.- Solid knowledge of financial products and current market trends.- Experience interfacing with clients, providing tailored solutions, and managing relationships.- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience supporting or collaborating on AI-driven projects in financial services.- Relevant certifications such as Series 7, Series 63, or equivalent regulatory qualifications.- Background in training, coaching, or developing best practices for sales teams or technology solutions.
