Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of our innovative technology project. This role will be instrumental in bringing our vision for the product to life, ensuring seamless integration of technology and a user-friendly experience for product owners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multiple cross-functional distributed teams.
  • Understanding and exposure to different software development methodologies and frameworks (agile, scaled agile, hybrid, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability — leading with clarity, understanding team needs, and adjusting to change.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+/C1).
  • Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with a hands-on engineering role in any of the leading technologies
  • PMP or other recognized project management certification.
  • Experience with fully online work with teams in multiple time zones.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Experience working with and managing third-party vendors or service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program strategies that align with company objectives; manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects across different departments, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders; provide regular updates and manage expectations.
  • Oversee the execution of IT projects, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently; monitor and control project budgets.
  • Track program progress, measure key performance indicators, and report on outcomes to leadership.
  • Support teams through transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the program management function.
