About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Manager to help us manage and optimize our stock operations. You'll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate and our supply chain running smoothly — whether it’s for automotive parts, construction materials, or e-commerce products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records (including SKU management)
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventories
• Work with warehouse management systems
• Optimize layout and storage for efficient operations
• Lead or support a small team in daily warehouse tasks

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale retail, auto service, e-commerce, or construction materials
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems
• Proven ability to organize and run warehouse operations
• Must have: Russian-speaking; fluent in English
• Ability to work EST timezone
• This is a highly hands-on role, and we want someone who is ready to roll up the sleeves
