Profile: Account Executive (Work from Home)

We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
• Manage the entire sales cycle to secure the deals
• Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations/product demos, showcasing DashClicks' products and services. Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our solutions, with a specific emphasis on video calls for client engagement.
• Convert leads into sales
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the software offered by the company.
• Investigate new items and make recommendations for purchasing products.
• Construct sales pitches and presentations
• Help customers understand how to maximize the use of software features
• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software features and updates
• Showcase a comprehensive understanding and lead to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
• Knowledge of Software sales or Digital Marketing is a plus
• Knowledge of market research, sales, product demos and negotiating principles
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships & sales pipeline
• Organizational and time-management skills
• A business acumen
• Enthusiastic and passionate
