As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will connect with customers and assist them in discovering our luxurious jewelry products while providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities • Engage with potential customers through various online platforms to understand their needs and guide them in selecting products. • Provide information about our jewelry collections and any promotions to enhance customer experience. • Assist customers in completing their orders and resolving any inquiries or concerns effectively and courteously. • Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow up on leads as needed. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales strategies. • Participate in training sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. • Work towards personal and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach. Requirements • No previous sales experience is required; an eagerness to learn is essential. • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are advantageous. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. • Interest in luxury jewelry and retail is highly desirable.
