Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time based on your schedule and preferences. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our solar products and services. Conduct virtual consolations to understand customer needs and propose customized solar solutions. Maintain a minimum close ratio of 10%, ensuring effective conversion of leads into sales. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the solar industry to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements: An interest in renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively in a remote setting. Basic technical knowledge of solar systems and products (training will be provided). Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work. Selection Process: Candidates must successfully pass initial interview focusing on their sales acumen, motivation, and understanding of the solar industry. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
